1) Where is Trellis located?
Trellis is located right on the Arcot Road, Vadapalani and next to the Vadapalani Metro Station. The site has unbelievably close proximity to all reputed healthcare facilities, academic institutions, Koyambedu Mofussil Bus Terminus and much more. The salient feature is that Forum Vijaya Mall and Satyam Cinemas are next door.
2) Can you share with us some of the details about Trellis?
Trellis will come up on an expansive spread of 5.08 acres (2,21,567 sq ft) – A land area of 21,789 sq.ft. is earmarked for open space reservation and 3,944 sq ft. for road widening. The total built-up area will be 1,95,834 sq.ft.
This development will have 384 apartments in five blocks with configurations of 1 BHKs, 1.5 BHKs, 2 BHKs, 2.5 BHKs, 3 BHKs & 4 BHKs.
The areas start from 515 sq.ft. to 2350 sq.ft. with classy amenities.

3) what is the Approval status?
Completion Certificate Obtained for Trellis South and Trellis North.
4) What about Environmental Clearance?

6) What is the payment schedule?
Trellis – South & North
10% of the overall flat base cost as advance at the time of booking.

7) What do you mean by Customization?
Customization in absolute sense means modification according to a customer’s individual requirements. While the project is designed according to a set of specifications and parameters, it is therefore difficult to envisage or accommodate all needs or everything associated with the general expectations of customers.
Customization in general covers lofts, extra switch points, grills in balcony & for main entrance and is strictly guided by feasibility. These requests can be accommodated, depending upon the feasibility and will entail additional costs, on the basis of cost estimates agreed and payment made in advance.
The customization requirements will be facilitated by our Customer Care Team.
8) When can I approach your Customer Care team to make changes within the apartment?
The request for changes/ customization will be considered either at the time of signing the construction agreement or when the 30% payment stage is completed or at the beginning of the particular activity, whichever is appropriate.
Customer Care team will send an invite for customization with soft copies of electrical and civil drawings by mail outlining the feasibility of each customization including the ‘not-so-feasible’ works like bathrooms/waterlines, in particular, which cannot be changed or altered.
9) What type of kitchen is provided?
The kitchen will have a granite platform with SS sink.
10) Will Lofts be provided?
1 & 2 BHKs will have one loft in a bedroom while 3 & 4 BHKs will have two lofts in two bedrooms & a loft in Kitchen.
Our offering does not include the wardrobes and anyone intending to have wardrobes may approach a specialist for the same.
11) What are the other costs?
Covered car park, registration charges, GST, corpus fund, maintenance, statutory deposits, DTH Multi-system, Reticulated Gas, etc.
12) Which Banks have approved this project?

13) How is water quality?
“Water Treatment Plant” is provided as a value addition.
