1) What is the approval status?
CMDA approval obtained vide No: C/PP/MSB-IT/28 A to N / 2014 (Permit No: 8173) dated 12.06.2014.
Planning permit from Local Body vide No:D-36957 dated 27 June 2014 is also received.
Completion Certificate is received for Phase-1 while Phase-2 is RERA registered.
2) Has environmental clearance been obtained?
Yes. The Government has accorded clearance through their letter no. no: SEIAA/TN/F.2057/EC/8(a)/261/2013 dated 21 March 2014.
3) Can I understand the contour of the project?
The project is launched in two phases. In total, there are 776 apartments with 11 blocks/towers and a Clubhouse.
4) What is the current status?

Phase-1 has received the Completion Certificate while Phase-2 is RERA registered.
5) What is the payment schedule?
10% of the overall base flat cost as advance at the time of booking.
Further payment schedules can be collected from our Sales Team.
6) Can I make changes within the apartment?
The request for changes can be entertained at the time of brickwork activity when the Customer Service Team will invite you for a formal orientation.
These, however, will be subject to feasibility and at extra costs. Bathrooms / waterlines, in particular, cannot be changed or altered.
7) Will Lofts be provided?
Lofts in Kitchen and bedrooms are provided as part of this project.
8) Does the Property Come with Under Ground Drainage and Metro water?
Presently, there are no connections for UGD and Metro water. The property will have a state-of-the-art Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and a Water Softening Plant. Provisions are made for water storage and distribution.
However, when the connections from the Government are available to this area, we will assist you in executing the civil works at a nominal cost. If the connections happen before the Project hand over, all required works will be carried out and the costs will be intimated to each Purchaser.
9) What are the other costs?
Covered Car Park, Registration Charges, Corpus Fund, Maintenance, Statutory Deposits, DTH Multi-system, Reticulated Gas deposits, etc.,
10) What is meant by Retail Support that comes up next to the project?
Next to The Bloomingdale project, a commercial facility is coming up and will house a Super market, General Pharmacy, ATM and restaurant, planned to cater to the needs and requirements of this largest gated community.
11) Which Banks have approved this project?
State Bank of India, State Bank of Hyderabad, Indian Bank, Syndicate Bank, LIC, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Tata Finance & Sundaram Finance have approved this project.
12) How is water quality?
Water quality is good. However, value addition is presented in the form of a “Water Softening Plant”. For information, you can approach our sales team.
The requirement for potable drinking water is catered by the Paalar water supply, networked for Pammal, by the local administration.
13) Is there any provision for Back-up power?
Yes. Elevators / motor pumps and common areas will have 100% back-up while each apartment will have 500 KVA back-up.
14) I am an NRI. Can I book from abroad?
Yes. You can book from anywhere in the world. Just send your complete details by email.
15) How can I transfer funds to your account?
