1) What is the Approval status?
RERA Registration certificate received.
2) Has Environmental Clearance been obtained?
Yes. Environmental Clearance obtained vide letter no:SEIAA/TN/F.3750/EC/8(a)/424 /2015 dated 19.11.2015.
3) Can I make changes within the apartment?
The request for changes will be considered either at the time of signing the construction agreement or when the 30% payment stage is completed.
Changes, however, are subject to feasibility and at extra costs. Bathrooms / waterlines, in particular, cannot be changed or altered.
4) When can I expect a call from your Customer Service Team?
Customer Care Team will invite you for a formal orientation to record your requests, if any, for modifications on meeting the above criteria. The requests will be considered based on feasibility and at extra costs.
5) What type of kitchen is provided?
Granite platform with SS sink and wall dado is part of the offering. You can approach any specialist for a functional / modular kitchen.
6) Will Lofts be provided?
Lofts will be provided in kitchen & bedrooms.
Our offering does not include wardrobes and anyone intending to have wardrobes may approach a specialist for the same.
7) What are the other costs?
Registration charges, GST, corpus fund, maintenance, statutory deposits, DTH Multi-system, Reticulated Gas deposits, etc.,
8) Which Banks have approved this project?
Approved by Axis/HDFC/ICICI/LIC and SBI.
9) How is water quality?
“Water Softening Plant” is provided as a value addition.
10) Is there any provision for Back-up power?
Yes. Elevators / motor pumps, common areas will have 100% back-up while each apartment will have 1,000 watts back-up. EWS block will have 500 watts power back up.
11) Does this gated community have any commercial space, as part of the offering?
Yes. This will have a Super Market (for Groceries/vegetables), ATM, Pharmacy, Laundry, Restaurant & Saloon / Beauty Parlour.
12) I am an NRI. Can I book from abroad?
Yes. You can book from anywhere in the world. Just send your complete details by email.
13) How can I transfer funds to your account?
