1) What is the Approval status?
We have obtained the Planning Permit/CMDA Approval (No: 9006 dated 27.03.2015) and Building Permit/Corporation Approval (No: CEBA/WDCN11/00140/2015 dated 18.06.2015).
2) Has Platina received Environmental Clearance?
Yes. Platina has been accorded Environmental clearance by the Government vide its letters dated 21 March 2014 & 10 June 2014 respectively.
3) What is the current status?
Ready to Move-in.
4) Can I make changes within the apartment?
The request for changes will be considered either at the time of signing the construction agreement or when the 30% payment stage is completed.
Changes, however, are subject to feasibility and at extra costs. Bathrooms/waterlines, in particular, cannot be changed or altered.
5) When can I expect a call from your Customer Service Team?
Customer Care Team will invite you for a formal orientation to record your requests, if any, for modifications on meeting the above criteria. The requests will be considered based on feasibility.
6) What type of kitchen is provided?
You can approach any specialist for a functional/modular kitchen.
7) Will Lofts be provided?
Lofts will be provided on request and at extra costs.
Our offering does not include the wardrobes and anyone intending to have wardrobes may approach a specialist for the same.
8) What are the other costs?
Covered car park, registration charges, corpus fund, maintenance, statutory deposits, DTH Multi-system, Reticulated Gas deposits, etc.,
9) Which Banks have approved this project?
HDFC, State Bank of India, Indian Bank, Syndicate Bank, Corporation Bank, IDBI, LIC, ICICI, Citibank and Axis Bank have approved this project.
10) How is water quality?
“Water Softening Plant” is provided as a value addition.
11) Is there any provision for Back-up power?
Yes. Elevators/motor pumps, common areas will have 100% back-up while each apartment will have 1,000 watts back-up.
12) I am an NRI. Can I book from abroad?
Yes. You can book from anywhere in the world. Just send your complete details by email.
13) How can I transfer funds to your account?
