1) What is the Approval status?
Completion Certificate Obtained.
2) What is the status of construction activity?
Construction work Completed. Handing over in Progress.
3) What is the payment schedule?
10% of the overall flat cost as advance at the time of booking.
Further payment schedule can be collected from our Sales Team.
4) Can I make changes within the apartment?
Changes are subject to feasibility and at extra costs. However, bathrooms/waterlines, in particular, cannot be changed or altered.
5) When can I expect a call from your Customer Service Team?
Customer Service Team will invite you for a formal orientation to record your requests, if any, for modifications. The requests will be considered based on feasibility.
6) What is meant by Semi-finished Kitchen?
Semi-finished kitchen, in essence, provides flexibility and allows modern age concept into play. This will basically have the vitrified flooring, ceiling, walls, electrical points and two separate lines for Metro water and Bore well.
No tabletop or sink or tile dado will be provided.
You can either approach any Kitchen design specialist or take help from us. The cost of this will have to be borne by you.
7) Will Lofts be provided?
Lofts will be provided on request and at extra costs. Currently, custom-made floor-to-ceiling level wardrobes are the preference to maintain the overall aesthetics.
8) What are the other costs?
Covered Car Park, Registration Charges, Service Tax, Corpus Fund, Maintenance, Statutory Deposits, DTH Multi-system, Reticulated Gas deposits, etc.
9) Which Banks have approved this project?
HDFC Bank, ICICI and State Bank of India.
10) Is there any provision for Back-up power?
Yes. Elevators / Motor Pumps and common areas will have 100% back-up while each apartment will have 1000 watts back-up.
11) I am an NRI. Can I book from abroad?
Yes. You can book from anywhere in the world. Just send your complete details by email.
11) How can I transfer funds to your account?
You can wire-transfer funds from anywhere in India or from abroad using RTGS mode. Just send a mail to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get our account number/bank/branch and Swift codes.
