Think grand arches, intricate details, and a beautiful blend of Indian, Islamic, and European influences. Buildings like the High Court and the Library are prime examples, testaments to this rich heritage.

We at Appaswamy create spaces that resonate with the spirit of the city. And for Arcus, we wanted to do something truly special. We wanted to weave Chennai's history into the very fabric of the building.
So, what did we do? We looked to these iconic Indo-Saracenic structures—these architectural masterpieces—and found our inspiration in their elegant arches. You'll see both small and large arches throughout Arcus, each with its purpose.
Why Arches?
Well, they're not just beautiful to look at (though they definitely are!), they're also incredibly symbolic. The larger arches in Arcus represent spaces for coming together, for shared experiences, and for building a community. They create a sense of openness and grandeur. The medium arches, on the other hand, guide you through the building, creating a natural flow and sense of movement. It's all about creating spaces that feel both grand and welcoming.
Luxury in Every Detail
Arcus was about bringing the style into the 21st century with a touch of modern luxury. These homes were designed for comfortable, contemporary living with a nod to the past. And for those who appreciate a little extra outdoor space, some apartments even boast private terraces – offering you a slice of your personal space in the heart of the city.

A Sold-Out Success Story
We're incredibly proud to say that Arcus was a resounding success. It's a testament to the power of thoughtful design, historical inspiration, and a commitment to creating homes that truly resonate with people. This boutique project, spanning 40,000 sq. ft., was a testament to how the past and the present can coexist beautifully.
A Collaborative Effort
We have to give a shout-out to the talented team at Architecture Dialogue, a multidisciplinary design office from Bengaluru & Hyderabad. They brought our vision to life with their creative interpretation of traditional architecture.
While Arcus is now sold out, its story continues to inspire us. It reminds us that architecture can be more than just bricks and mortar; it can be a connection to our past, a celebration of our present, and a promise for the future.
