That’s why hitting 6 million safe man-hours on the Altezza project and 1.4 million safe man-hours on the Wingfield project is such a proud moment for us.   • Job-Specific Training: Our staff and workers are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to perform their roles safely, supported by the best personal protective equipment (PPE).

Proactive Risk Management

We implement detailed Work Method Statements (WMS) and Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA) measures, ensuring that every worker is aware of potential hazards and how to handle them. Regular communication and enforcement of these measures ensure consistent adherence.

While adhering to the Tamil Nadu Building and Other Construction Workers Act and related regulations is a baseline, we go beyond compliance to set new benchmarks in safety. With the active support of our management, safety becomes a shared responsibility across all levels.

Emergencies can strike at any time, which is why our Emergency Preparedness Plan is robust and regularly tested. Mock drills covering scenarios such as fires, electrical hazards, natural disasters, and height-related risks keep our teams ready to act swiftly and effectively.

Safety is a dynamic process. Through quarterly site audits, weekly hazard reports, and the investigation of near-misses and first-aid incidents, we continuously refine our practices. Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are promptly implemented to address any gaps.

We believe that safety is a collective effort. Regular Contractor Safety Committee meetings foster open dialogue, enabling us to address concerns and resolve issues collaboratively. Additionally, our specialized training sessions, including Toolbox Talks, First Aid Training, and Motivational Programs, ensure that every worker feels informed and valued.
