After nearly two decades in Peru, Ratish Raghunathan’s return to India was about finding a place that felt like home again.
“I lived in Latin America for 18 years,” he shares. “We stayed in a beautiful apartment overlooking a golf course in Lima. That was the life my family was used to, peaceful, green, world-class.” When business and family needs called him back to India, Ratish knew the bar was set high.
He began his search in Coimbatore, speaking to friends and exploring builders. “Everyone had a recommendation, and all signs pointed to a handful of trusted names,” he recalls. “Among them, Appaswamy stood out as a builder people genuinely respected.”

“My daughter loves her room. We designed it just for her,” he smiles. “I converted our terrace lounge into a little bar, perfect for unwinding after work or hosting friends. Every evening, I go up to that terrace and take it all in, the trees, the birds, the quiet.”
The detailing impressed him as well. “Italian marble across the living area, staircases, lounges, the finish was premium. You can spot the villa from 200 meters away, and it stands out. This kind of aesthetic in a community setting is rare.”
Every home journey has moments that require care. For Ratish, Appaswamy’s response made all the difference.
“There were a couple of late-night calls, one was past midnight. The team showed up. No fuss, no delays. Just people who cared.” That is when Ratish saw them as someone beyond a conventional builder. “They have become like family now.”
As a frequent traveler, Ratish valued safety highly. “I leave my wife and daughter here while I am away, and that peace of mind is priceless.”
