From a materials standpoint, each piece is particularly selected with the desire to increase the shelf life of all the surfaces. The selection of finishes are also chosen to reduce maintenance requirements like repainting and repair. It allows the building to age gracefully and ecologically.

Taking cues of inspiration from India’s stepwell cultures, Altezza’s design fosters a transformative living experience.
