1) What is the Approval status?
Planning Permit No: 6550 dated 10-05-2011 from CMDA &
Building Permit No: CEBA/CD09/00123/2011dated 27-05-2011 from Corporation of Chennai & Completion Certificate obtained.
2) What is the current status?
The project is completed and hand over in progress. See the “Current Status” section for completed project photographs.
3) What is the payment schedule?
10% of the overall flat cost as advance at the time of booking.
Further payment schedule can be collected from our Sales Team.
4) Can I make changes within the apartment?
Since wardrobes / modular kitchen / air-conditioning are provided by us, the scope of modifications or customization will be negligible.
5) How will my Kitchen look like?
An elegantly designed modular kitchen is in place with hobs and chimney. Provisions for other cooking appliances will also form part of your kitchen.
6) What are the other costs?
Covered Car Park, Registration Charges, Service Tax, Corpus Fund, Maintenance, Statutory Deposits, Piped Gas, etc.
7) Which Banks have approved this project?
State Bank of India, HDFC Bank, ICICI & Citibank.
8) How is water quality?
Water quality is good. A “Water Softening Plant” is provided as a value addition.
9) Is there any provision for Back-up power?
Yes. Elevators / motor pumps, common areas will have 100% back-up. The apartments will have 1,000 watts power back-up.
10) I am an NRI. Can I book from abroad?
Yes. You can book from anywhere in the world. Just send your complete details by email.
11) How can I transfer funds to your account?
You can wire-transfer funds from anywhere in India or from abroad using RTGS mode. Just send a mail to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get our account number / bank / branch and Swift codes.
